I've never really been able to get a decent picture of my entire collection, but after one of my followers had requested to see an updated picture of my collection, I decided to set them all up together and try to get a good shot of them! It was an all day ordeal, getting them all into place and finding out ways to get them all to show up in the picture the best that I could, and then putting them all back. It was tiring, but also pretty fun at the same time! I'm really glad to finally have a clear picture of them all!
I'm not the biggest fan of Byul and there are very few that I find to be cute. Most pictures of her that I have seen don't seem to quite paint her in the most flattering of ways, but I have heard people say that she just doesn't have a face that photographs well, so when my husband had won Byul Rhiannon (who, by the way, is a limited edition of 2,000) in an auction, I was a bit curious as to what she would look like in person. When she had finally arrived, I still didn't know quite what to make of her. It wasn't until my husband had unbound her from her packaging that I began to see her charm! She really does have a sort of endearing and babyish look to her!
Byul Rhiannon Comes With:

Pros:
- Cute, subtle orange faceup and uniquely painted lashes!
- Very affordable price!
- She has beautiful bright orange eye chips that really stand out!
- She comes with a lot of accessories that you can use to change up her look a bit!
- Her parasol is functional and can open and close easily! The rod is also sturdy and made of metal!
- Shoes have a strap across the ankle that help keep her shoes on her feet and prevent them from falling off!
- Eye mechs work well! No stiffness when moving them from left to right! (May vary from doll to doll.)
Cons:
- There are lots of loose threads that are hanging off of her stock outfit and it kind of gives it a sloppy appearance, in my opinion. This also may make the material prone to unraveling, so it would be best to be careful with that.
- Her dog tags are a pain to put on, being so tiny. You may land up spending a lot of time trying to pick up and string her tags back onto the chain before you manage to actually put it on her.
- Her body is very loose and floppy. (May vary from doll to doll.)
- Her wig is frizzy and gets frizzy easily and constantly needs fixing every time you try to pose her.
Neutral:
- While the zipper is functional on her bag, it's filled with stuffing and cannot be used to store things in unless you choose to remove it, but then it would loose it's plush appearance.
- It's a hassle trying to pose her with her parasol open.
The Verdict:
If you're a fan of Byul and steampunk fashion, I think she'd be worth getting. Despite her being limited edition, she's priced cheaply and you can find her on amazon for under $100, which is a pretty amazing deal considering all that she comes with too! However, her overall stock outfit can seem like a bit too much for some and can be overwhelming and even a bit frustrating to deal with, so keep that in mind before purchasing her.

Pullip dolls are beautiful collectible fashion dolls that are great for displaying and for photographing! They're highly detailed and elaborate dolls, and with that comes a steep price. With a doll that costs such a pretty penny, of course you would want to keep them in the best, most pristine as possible condition, right? Technically, the best method to keep them safe would be to leave them in their box, but it's a bit hard to admire them fully like that. (In my opinion, that is.) So, for those of you who are like me and like to display their dolls out of their boxes and to those who are just beginning their own Pullip collection, I decided to compile a list of some very easy and simple ways to help keep your dolls in good condition!
1. Keep your dolls out of direct sunlight!
Too much sun exposure can cause damage to your dolls over time. It can ruin the plastic and cause yellowing. This damage is can be difficult to reverse depending on where the staining is at and may require you to sand off the stain. Unfortunately, this method can also land up removing the doll's faceup if the stain is on the face. This does not mean you can't take your dolls outside once in awhile for an outdoor photo shoot, though! Just be sure they aren't frequently being subjected to direct sunlight!
2. Display your dolls in a room that is of a comfortable temperature!
When finding a place to put your dolls on display, make sure you choose a room that isn't too hot! The heat can melt the plastic, particularly the plastic on the body.
3. Have some glue handy!
Sometimes, no matter how carefully you handle your doll, something WILL fall off. Whether it's a rhinestone, bead, bow, rose, or whatever else, a dab of super glue can easily fix it right back into place! It's also useful for preventing ribbon from fraying! Just be careful with how much you use and what color the ribbon is, otherwise it could leave behind an unsightly mark when it dries!
4. A needle and thread may be necessary!
If you are deft with a needle in thread, it may come in good use! Sometimes certain details on stock outfits are not stitched on so well, and sometimes accidental tears occur. Most of the time, these things can be fixed by sewing them back together, though it may not work on lace or net material.
5. Snip it away with a pair of scissors!
Be it a loose thread, too-long bangs, or an uneven wig, a pair of scissors will be of great help! A snip here and there can even help reduce frizz on dolls with curly wigs! Just be careful you don't cut off too much, as doll hair doesn't grow back!
6. Keep a bottle of anti-frizz serum nearby!

If you aren't confident with boiling your doll's hair or don't want to rewig your doll, just a little anti-frizz serum can go a long way when it comes to taming your Pullip's messy locks! It really does make a dramatic improvement and it's such an easy way to keep wigs looking nice! It can even help tame any random hairs that happen to be sticking up out of place! Alternatively, you can also use wig spray. Remember to try to keep the products away from their face!
7. Safely store any extra accessories, clothes, and props in a sealed container!
Some dolls come with extra clothes, accessories, miniature plush dolls, and more! It is just as important to take care of these things as it is to take care of the dolls themselves! During the times that you aren't using certain pieces, it would be wise to keep them all together in a safe place that's sealed away. This way, you won't be able to lose them (and they ARE easy to lose, being so small and all) and there will be no way for them to become dirty, broken, or get eaten away at by moths and will be perfectly good for future use!
8. Color Fast!
A lot of dolls with dark clothing can stain your doll's body. Color fasting your doll's clothes can help a great deal to prevent dye stains! Here's a nice, easy tutorial on how to do it using just a few things that you can find in your kitchen cabinet! This site also has many guides on how to repair your dolls and more that would be good to check out!
9. Magic Erase it!
Sometimes, color fasting doesn't always work. Do not fret though, as you can greatly reduce or completely remove the staining with a Mr. Clean Magic Eraser! You can also buff away shiny spots with a DRY Magic Eraser on the doll's face, just be very careful and precise when doing this, so you don't accidentally ruin the faceup!
10. Lastly, while we're still on the subject of staining....
Keep anything that can stain your doll's body away from their face, whether it be their clothes or even certain accessories! Try to also prevent a doll wearing clothing and accessories that can stain from ruining your other dolls by making sure that they aren't being displayed too closely together and are not touching!

I'm going to need to find other ways to display them soon... ^^; It's too bad that some of them are being blocked from view, but starting from the back from left to right we have Little Pullip Sea Police Marilyn, Dal Heart Macaron (Parfait), Dal Maretti (Camille), Dal Dalcomi (Plum), Pullip Varele (Estelle), Pullip Alice Du Jardin Mint Version (Alice), Pullip Tiphona (Fiona), Pullip Sfoglia (Primrose), Pullip Hannah (Marron), Dal Milch (Aria), Dal Sakura (Himeko), Pullip Tokidoki Lunarosa (Dahlia), Pullip Akemi (Hanabi), and Pullip Bonita (Helena)! Soon I will have both Pullip Midori Fukuzawa and Pullip Misako Aoki too, and I also preordered Pullip Tokidoki x Hello Kitty Violetta! So I'm really excited for them!
As you may be able to tell, I'm a huge fan of both Dal and Pullip! I most certainly favor them over all of the others in the Pullip family, though are a couple of Taeyang and Isul dolls that interest me (such as Isul Nekoneko Maomao, Isul Milk Tea, Taeyang Lead, and Taeyang Mad Hatter Du Jardin). I don't know if I'll be getting them anytime soon as there are so many Pullips and Dals that I currently have on my wishlist, but maybe somewhere down the road they'll be included in my collection. I have a feeling Isul will be joining my doll family much sooner than Taeyang will, though, as I think he's way more adorable (probably because he has such a feminine look to him and because he looks extremely cute in dresses too)! As far as Byul goes.... I'm not so sure about her yet. I haven't seen a Byul that just made me have to get her so far, same goes for Yeolume... We'll see though.
